The CDJ-100S houses a built-in Digital Jog Break feature that offers three different remix assist buttons. The Jog Wheel allows you to speed up and slow down tracks and fine-tune cue points.Our CDJ-100S also features a Playing Address bar graph which shows elapsed and remaining playing time of a track. When the track is about to end, it flashes as a warning.This entry level deck is ideal for bedroom DJs keen to experience the possibilities of CD play-out technology.

Slot-In Mechanism: CD is slotted into the player instead of the top-loading mechanism. It is designed for use at home and therefore does not need the fast loading demanded by the professional DJs.
 
JET (A Short Delay Mix) : JET means to change the Delay Time by rotating the jog dial, thus mixing the short delay with the playback sound. The effect of the sound is like the Flanger of DJM-500.
 
ZIP (A Pitch Shifter): ZIP changes a pitch according to the speed of the turning joy dial. The effect is almost the same as 'Pitch Shifter' in DJM500.
 
WAH (A High/Low Cut Filter): WAH cuts the sound in some specific frequency determined by turning the jog dial. Users can pick up or remove the sound of specific range frequency eg. remove sound of drums and pluck up base sound. It allows DJ to extract and play back desired parts from the playback sound.
 
HOLD MODE: When the jog dial is released, the Digital Effect gradually returns to its original status. If the HOLD mode is activated, the chosen function continues to be maintained even when the jog dial is released. This allows the two functions to be used separately in accordance to the desired purpose.
 
Other Features: Big Jog Dial, Frame Counter, and Playing Address remained the same as in CDJ-500-series EXCEPT :Master Tempo Slider is now +/- 16%
